Job summary

JTI is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead on-site electrical projects across multiple sites. You will supervise field crews, ensure safety, and drive performance against plans and specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling discipline, and a track record in electrical construction. Responsibilities include coordinating with project management, managing change orders, maintaining schedules, and mentoring team members while upholding company safety policies and quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, scheduling and change orders.
• Electrical field experience coordinating with construction management.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical drawings and NEC standards.
• Ability to read and comprehend bid/quote requests and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Regional Manager or Project Manager.
• Develop relationships with customers and manage change orders.
• Maintain project schedule and timely logs/time sheets.
• Coordinate material procurement, labor utilization, and cost performance.
• Allocate workforce and secure additional staffing as needed.
• Ensure proper paperwork submission and safety compliance.
• Participate in estimating, budgeting, and strategy development.
• Maintain positive, professional representation of the company.
