Job summary

Trio Electric in Houston, TX, seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations from preconstruction through completion on large commercial and light industrial projects.

You will mentor foremen and electricians, manage manpower and schedules, and ensure safety and compliance with codes and project specs. A current electrical license is required, with weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Oversee electrical field operations on assigned projects from planning to closeout.
• Lead foremen, electricians, and field personnel to ensure quality and safety.
• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and crew assignments based on project needs.
• Drive project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain current electrician license and ensure compliance with state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical field operations on assigned projects, including planning, execution, coordination, and closeout.
• Lead, mentor, supervise, coordinate, and schedule foremen, electricians, and other field personnel.
• Manage manpower planning, workforce forecasting, productivity, and crew assignments based on project and material requirements.
• Drive project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Inspect work progress and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications.
