Job summary

Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead the on-site electrical crew, organize preparation and execution to meet cost, quality, and equipment goals, and serve as liaison with the General Contractor.

You will monitor progress, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure timely project completion within budget while maintaining high safety standards and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Skilled electrician with extensive crew-management and project-running experience.
• Strong reading of blueprints, specs, and electrical drawings to plan work.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and safety programs on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in establishing budgets and schedules, expediting changes.
• Review drawings, wiring diagrams, and specs to plan field activities.
• Develop site logistics and coordinate with trades to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure safe installations and compliance with NEC and local codes.
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, and safety/incident records.
