Job summary

Trio Electric is seeking aProject Manager to oversee the full life cycle of electrical construction projects in Houston. You will drive business development, pre-construction, design, estimating, planning, execution, safety, financial performance, and closeout.

The role requires a proven track record of winning work, strong relationships with Owners, General Contractors, vendors and subcontractors, and the ability to deliver projects safely on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in electrical construction project management.
• Ability to lead and develop project teams.
• Strong proposal development and cost-control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle electrical construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop winning proposals and manage budgets and schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, and profitability across projects.
• Mentor and develop project teams; drive value engineering.
