Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical crews, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with managers.
Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available on-site.
Monitor project costs to keep electrical work within budget.
Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve issues that arise on-site.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities.
