Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a General Superintendent to provide executive-level field leadership for major electrical construction operations. The role overseesSenior Superintendents, Superintendents, and field teams to drive safe, efficient project execution and deliver results across diverse portfolios.

You will coordinate with executive leadership, PMs, Safety, QA/QC, and engineering teams to plan staffing, forecast labor, and ensure schedules are achieved while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 15+ years of progressive electrical construction experience.
• 7+ years in Superintendent or Senior Superintendent leadership roles.
• Experience coordinating with executive leadership, PM, Safety, QA/QC, and Owners.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, ACC).

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level field leadership across large electrical projects.
• Lead and direct field teams to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
• Develop execution strategies, staffing plans, and labor forecasts.
• Monitor metrics: productivity, schedule adherence, safety and quality.
• Collaborate with executives, Project Executives, Safety, and QA/QC teams.
• Oversee startup planning, sequencing, shutdowns, and schedule recovery.
• Mentor Superintendents and field leaders; drive continuous improvement.
