Job summary

The Kings Electric Services Superintendent will oversee daily field operations for electrical construction projects, directing crews to complete work safely, on time, and to project specs. You will review plans, coordinate with management and other trades, and ensure NEC compliance and quality standards on site.

We seek a proven leader with strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and safety practices.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing electrical crews.
Strong NEC knowledge and ability to read blueprints.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Excellent communication with crews and PMs.
Experience coordinating between trades on-site.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple field crews to deliver safe, high‑quality electrical work.
Review blueprints and specs; explain requirements to field personnel.
Plan layout, installation methods, and daily sequencing to maintain schedule.
Ensure NEC compliance and adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, subs, inspectors to resolve issues.
Monitor materials, deliveries, and tool usage; manage equipment.
Enforce OSHA safety rules and proper equipment use.
Conduct jobsite audits, quality checks, and safety inspections.
Train and mentor field personnel; support career development.
Maintain organized, process-driven work practices across crews.
Work in all weather, preparing for environmental challenges.
