Guarantee Electrical Company is seeking a driven Recruiter to support hiring across our electrical construction business. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, this role will manage sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, hiring manager communication, and recruiting administration.

The right person is organized, responsive, comfortable in a fast-paced project environment, and motivated by connecting people with long-term career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or technical hiring.
• Proven ability to source candidates via job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Experience screening candidates and presenting concise recommendations to hiring teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple openings.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using multiple channels and build diverse pipelines.
• Screen candidates via phone/video and provide clear summaries to the team.
• Own interview coordination, scheduling, and feedback collection.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and monitor candidate flow.
• Deliver an engaging candidate experience and partner with hiring managers.
• Support early career recruiting and university partnerships.
• Track recruiting activity and surface bottlenecks to leadership.
