Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project management.
Experience coordinating multi-project schedules.
Ability to manage RFIs and change orders.
Monitor and control project budgets and costs.
Produce project status updates for customers and management.
Create and maintain project documents.
Proficient with cloud-based file sharing.
Able to walk construction sites and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, or coordinate job tasks to field technicians in order to meet deadlines.
Communicate with the customers to help clarify project requirements and objectives.
Document, review, and distribute requests for information from the field to the customer and back.
Create project status updates for delivery to customers and management.
Monitor costs incurred by the field to identify budget issues.
Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
