Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-voltage transmission and substation projects through late-stage planning, construction, and commissioning in Las Vegas. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, contractors, and field teams to deliver safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality.

The role requires 5+ years managing large-scale infrastructure and a strong understanding of EPC delivery models, with emphasis on collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing transmission, substation, utility, renewable energy, or large-scale infra projects.
• Experience supporting late-stage development, construction, and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of EPC delivery models and project controls.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams, contractors, and field activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep teams aligned.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of transmission and substation projects from final design through construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and field teams.
• Maintain project schedules, action items, deliverables, and execution plans.
• Identify project challenges early and develop solutions with internal teams and contractors.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
