Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for electrical construction based in Fargo, ND. You will provide administrative and technical direction for electrical projects, ensuring design conformance, NEC compliance, and profit targets.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in project management, strong knowledge of construction methods, and experience with Procore, Revit, CAD and other tools. This role requires travel to project sites; a growth mindset and collaborative approach are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, project management, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience with knowledge of the project life cycle.
• Experience with construction software tools (Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, BIM systems).
• Knowledge of project management tools, construction methods, OSHA regulations, and reading electrical plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project stakeholders.
• Approve project staff transactions and select supervisory staff.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review and approve purchases, invoices, and change orders.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA requirements are met.
• Maintain project documentation and logs.
