Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for Electrical Construction in Minneapolis. You will provide overall administrative and technical direction for electrical projects, ensure adherence to design, codes, budget and schedules, and support bidding, planning, and engineering activities.

You will lead coordination among contractors and internal teams, manage project documentation, and uphold safety and labor agreement standards while driving profitability and growth for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, PM, business administration, construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and union officials.
• Authorize and approve staffing decisions including superintendents, foremen, staff levels and wages.
• Provide directions to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating and bid proposals.
• Review purchase requisitions, approvals, invoices, and change orders.
• Assist in safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and logs.
• Support customer maintenance and sales/marketing efforts.
• Understand labor agreements and project-specific standards.
• Perform additional assignments as directed.
