Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager - Electrical Construction to lead electrical projects from office in San Francisco, CA. You will provide administrative and technical direction, ensuring project profitability and adherence to design, codes, budget, and schedules.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of PM experience, proficiency with construction software (Procore, BIM tools), and strong financial, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, project management, construction management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and union officials.
• Manage staff transactions and approve hiring decisions for superintendents and foremen.
• Provide planning, scheduling and engineering direction.
• Estimate projects and contribute to bid proposals.
• Review purchase requisitions, payments, invoicing and change orders.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain project documentation.
• Drive customer maintenance and sales initiatives.
• Understand labor agreements and industry standards relevant to projects.
