Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to provide administrative and technical direction for electrical projects across multiple sites, including Columbus, OH; Charleston, SC; and West Memphis, AR. You will lead planning, budgeting, and engineering support, while ensuring safety, policy compliance, and effective communication with contractors and stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and 3–5 years of PM experience with knowledge of project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, project management, business administration, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience with full lifecycle understanding.
• Experience with construction software tools (Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks or BIM).
• Excellent financial, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure adherence to design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders (GCs, subs, superintendents, foremen, unions).
• Authorize project staff selections and wage decisions.
• Guide planning, scheduling, and engineering functions; participate in estimating and bids.
• Review purchase requisitions, payments, invoices, and change orders; ensure OSHA and safety compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and logs; support sales and customer maintenance.
