Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Fargo, ND office to lead electrical construction projects. You will provide administrative and technical direction, ensuring project success and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid background in electrical engineering and construction methods. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, PM, construction management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience; strong PM life cycle knowledge.
• Experience with construction software tools (e.g., Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, BIM).
• Knowledge of electrical contracts, plans, drawings, and specs; strong financial and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and officials.
• Authorize project staff selections and manage planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review purchases, approvals, invoices, and change orders.
