Job summary

LeoForce in Northern California is seeking a mid-level Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial electrical construction projects. You will prepare estimates, review drawings, develop budgets and schedules, and drive projects from kickoff to closeout while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have experience estimating and managing electrical construction, reading plans, and proficiency with estimating software, Excel, and project management platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating and/or managing commercial electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, distribution, lighting, and low-voltage infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and solicit vendor/subcontractor pricing

What We’re Looking For

• Experience estimating and/or managing commercial electrical construction projects

• Experience with public work, education, healthcare, commercial, or institutional construction is highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Design-Build and Design-Assist projects is a plus
• Proficient with estimating software, Excel, and project management platforms
