Job summary

Faith Technologies in Opelika, AL is seeking an Excellerate Project Manager to oversee large, multi-site product orders, manage changes, and ensure customer satisfaction through the production system. The role requires familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD is preferred; travel 15-20% and a background in construction or electrical estimating.

You will lead, coach and coordinate cross-functional teams, attend meetings, review quotations, and drive timely, profitable delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training.
• 1 year of electrical estimating experience
• or 5 years experience in the electrical trade and 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• Travel: 15-20%
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; may require work any day/time to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages large and/or multi-site Excellerate orders; ensures profitability, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains compliance with company policies.
• Promotes a positive culture and constructive employee relations.
• Works with Purchasing Department and vendors for material coordination.
• Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
• Prepares order status and manufacturing metrics for stakeholders.
• Attends weekly and monthly meetings (Customer Project Meetings, Project Manager Meeting, Sales Meeting).
• Reviews quotations and sales orders for accuracy.
• Coaches and develops managerial talent; assigns team and leadership roles.
