Job summary

ArchKey in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Project Manager for electrical construction to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence. The role requires PPM expertise and coordination across GCs, subcontractors, and field staff.

Responsibilities include bid support, procurement oversight, safety program implementation, and thorough documentation. Travel to sites is required and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 3–5 years PM experience and knowledge of project life cycle.
• Experience with construction software (Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, BIM).
• Ability to read contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and design to meet design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between GCs, subcontractors, superintendents, foremen.
• Authorize staff transactions, including staffing and wages.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and engineering activities.
• Assist in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review purchases, payments, and change orders.
• Implement safety programs meeting OSHA requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and logs and support sales activities.
