Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager (National Electrical) to lead on-site electrical projects in the Danville, PA area. You will oversee construction, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with GC/Subcontractors while ensuring NEC adherence and safety compliance.

You should have 3–5 years of PM experience, a relevant degree, and strong skills in Procore, BIM tools, and design software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, project management, business administration, construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience; solid PM training and lifecycle understanding.
• Experience with construction software tools (e.g., Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks and/or BIM); estimating, budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and code knowledge.
• Knowledge of PM tools, construction methods, materials, estimating, power, lighting, design, and OSHA regulations; ability to read plans and specs.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; teamwork and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure NEC, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and union officials.
• Approve project staff selections and staffing levels; manage planning, scheduling, and engineering directions.
• Contribute to estimating, bid proposals, and change order handling; manage procurement approvals.
• Ensure safety programs implementation and OSHA compliance; maintain project documentation and logs.
• Support customer relations and project-related sales/marketing activities.
