Job summary

APIC Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects in New Mexico. You will own project execution from planning and budgeting through closeout, coordinating with the Division Manager, Estimating Manager, and field leadership to deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standard.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in project estimating, design-build, and negotiated project development.
• Extensive electrical installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong contract administration, organization, coordination, and execution of duties.
• Proven ability to lead projects from inception through closeout with sound judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel 15-25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage construction schedules, driving milestones to completion.
• Lead job site meetings, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate BIM across projects.
• Direct budgeting and cost estimating with Estimating Manager to protect margins.
• Maintain document control for submittals, RFIs, changes, and records.
• Ensure drawings and specs are current and accurate.
• Oversee material releases and expediting to stay on schedule.
• Provide hands-on field leadership as needed.
• Ensure safety documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver project documentation on time, including weekly progress reports.
• Build and maintain client relationships and project outcomes.
• Oversee Electrical Service Team performance and reporting.
