Job summary

Yearout Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from start to finish in the New Mexico/Texas region. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and compliance, ensuring safety and on-time delivery while coordinating with clients and vendors.

You’ll work hands-on with field and office teams, applying knowledge of BIM, cost-tracking, and quality control to meet project goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Construction Project Management or related field; 5+ years' experience in commercial construction.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and field-operations skills.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and construction documentation.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate phases of construction projects to meet deadlines and maximize productivity.
• Manage project budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs from initiation to completion.
• Prepare cost tracking reports, billings, schedules, and change orders; communicate adjustments to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure standards across projects.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety codes, environmental regulations, and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate BIM activities with the BIM Coordinator for detailing and coordination.
• Oversee warranty period activities to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors; conduct site visits and progress updates.
