Job summary

ESI Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects in Ohio. You will oversee efforts from bid through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality align with contract requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams and client relationships. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of electrical construction and theory acquired through a five-year electrical apprenticeship or equivalent education/experience.
• Demonstrated experience in project management within the electrical construction industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage field teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction project efforts from bid to closeout ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and contractual compliance.
• Maintain accountability for project execution and adherence to company standards and customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, define project scope, and prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
