The ideal candidate has a five-year electrical apprenticeship or equivalent, plus at least five years in project management within the electrical construction industry, with strong leadership and client relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical construction and theory from a five-year apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in a project management role within the electrical construction industry.
• Experience leading field teams and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage electrical construction projects from bid to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain accountability for execution and adherence to standards and customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, prepare cost estimates and proposals.
• Administer contracts, define scope, pricing, and compliance.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate manpower to meet project timelines and budgets.
