Job summary

ESI Electrical Contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead low voltage construction efforts in Columbus, OH. You will ensure projects stay on budget, on schedule, and are fully constructible while coordinating with field teams and clients.

Ideal candidates have a four-year low voltage apprenticeship or equivalent, plus five years in PM roles within the industry; BICSI/RCDD is preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Four-year low voltage apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the industry.
• Minimum five years in a project management position preferred.
• BICSI/RCDD certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction process efforts so projects meet budget and schedule.
• Attend job walks and meetings with GC/owners and teams.
• Manage manpower scheduling and cost-to-complete reporting.
• Prepare proposals and supervise change orders within contract terms.
