ESI Electrical Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical construction efforts across assigned projects in Ohio. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while aligning project goals with contract requirements.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial analysis, and customer relationship development to support new and ongoing business, with responsibilities spanning bid through closeout.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical construction and theory at a five-year apprenticeship level.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee electrical construction projects from bid phase through closeout.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to support new and ongoing business.
• Administer contracts, define scope, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate manpower resources to meet project schedules.
