Job summary

Kuharchik Construction, a GreenArrow company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from pre-construction planning through final closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, permits, subcontractors, client communication, safety expectations, documentation, and field coordination in a hands-on leadership role.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to mentor teams, and success delivering projects safely, on time, and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Knowledge of NEC, permitting, and safety standards.
• Proficient in Procore; estimating software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and submittals.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to keep work moving.
• Prepare project plans, risk assessments, and safety plans.
• Negotiate subcontractor and vendor agreements and obtain permits.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company processes.
