Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and ability to mentor teams.
• Knowledge of NEC, permitting requirements, and job site safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from award through closeout, including planning, scheduling, execution, and final documentation.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, submittals, billing, and project reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal departments.
• Prepare project implementation plans, including construction operations plans, Activity Hazard Analyses, Risk Management Plans, and Safety Plans.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor agreements, ensuring permits and licenses are in place.
• Determine equipment, material, and manpower needs; allocate resources across project phases.
• Champion job site safety and ensure all protocols are followed.
• Identify risks early, resolve issues, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Mentor construction workers and junior team members.
• Support consistent processes and project management practices to improve performance.
