Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in electrical construction to lead projects in the Denver area from preconstruction through completion.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, review drawings and change orders, and ensure safety and on-time delivery across multiple projects valued from $500K to $10 million. Autonomy and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the electrical construction industry.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full life cycle of electrical construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and overall financial performance to ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Ensure all projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within the agreed budget.
