Qualifications

• 5 years construction project experience in the regional market.
• Design/build experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods.
• Ability to read, understand, and write contracts.
• Experience writing detailed scope proposals.
• Strong computer skills: Excel and Word; estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure.
• Provide monthly project status detail and percent of completion reports.
• Detailed take-off and estimating for electrical service, tenant improvement, light commercial and light industrial work.
• Marketing and building profitable jobs.
• Decision-making on project cost, time and performance.
• Cross-selling of other company operations through integrated solutions.
• Interfacing with contractors, vendors, and in-house operations.
• Coordinate and direct workforce.
• Supporting an injury-free work environment and safety culture.
