Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Manager 3 to lead commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to quality and safety standards while serving as the primary liaison among clients, internal teams, and trade partners.

The role requires at least 5 years in electrical project management, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and experience with Procore or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of construction/project management experience.
• At least 5 years of electrical project management experience, ideally in mission critical environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification required or to be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary project leadership with internal teams and project personnel.
• Evaluate scope and establish objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Plan, staff, and coordinate key project roles with superintendents.
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and subs.
• Monitor progress and control costs to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules; manage risk and issues.
• Ensure contract compliance and Enterprise Electrical standards.
• Mentor other project managers and assist on complex projects.
