Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Project Manager I to independently manage small to mid-sized electrical construction projects, ensuring alignment with contract, schedule, and budget, representing the first level of full project ownership.

Operating within the Project Team under Operations, you will manage day-to-day activities including subcontractor coordination, procurement, scheduling alignment, and billing processes, while developing capabilities in financial management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or related role; electrical construction experience preferred.
• Formal training in project management or construction processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned projects or defined scopes from kickoff through closeout, ensuring alignment with contract, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, short-term lookaheads, and coordination plans with field leadership.
• Manage project costs including tracking budgets, commitments, labor productivity, and forecasting financial performance.
• Prepare, submit, and track change orders; support negotiation within defined authority levels.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and compliant execution of work.
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, logs, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Manage owner billing processes including AIA pay applications, lien waivers, and collections follow-up.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings; communicate project status, risks, and updates.
