Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Project Manager I in Pflugerville, TX to independently manage small to mid-sized electrical construction projects and defined scopes. You will own project execution, cost tracking, and coordination between field and office teams.

The role operates within the Project Team under Operations, handling subcontractor coordination, procurement, scheduling alignment, and client interactions while developing expertise in financial management and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in construction or project coordination, electrical preference.
• OSHA 10 certification within defined timeframe.
• Valid driver’s license for travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned projects or defined scopes from kickoff through closeout, ensuring alignment with contract, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, short-term lookaheads, and coordination plans with field leadership.
• Manage project costs including tracking budgets, commitments, labor productivity, and forecasting financial performance.
• Prepare, submit, and track change orders; support negotiation within defined authority levels.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and compliant execution of work.
• Manage procurement activities including material buyouts, purchase orders, and long-lead item tracking.
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, logs, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Manage owner billing processes including AIA pay applications, lien waivers, and collections follow-up.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings; communicate project status, risks, and updates.
• Identify project risks and issues; implement solutions within scope and elevate as needed.
