Job summary

Rogers Electric in the United States is seeking a Project Engineering Intern for the Full Circuit Internship Program. You’ll be embedded with a local Construction team and paired with a mentor to support active projects from bid through closeout.

You will gain hands-on experience with project documentation, scheduling, procurement, and meetings, while learning construction-management software and interfacing with engineers, field leaders, and Rogers leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Entering internship as a rising senior or graduating senior.
• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support an active electrical construction project alongside Project Managers and field leaders.
• Maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, drawings and meeting notes.
• Assist with scheduling, procurement, change-order documentation and closeout activities.
• Participate in project meetings and jobsite visits.
• Learn how project teams monitor labor, cost, schedule, safety and quality.
