Rogers Electric in Missouri invites student interns to join the Full Circuit Project Engineering Internship Program. Ten weeks of hands-on experience embedded with a local construction team, mentored by Rogers professionals, covering bid through closeout and real project execution.
You’ll support project managers, maintain documentation, assist with scheduling and procurement, and participate in meetings and site visits.

Our Full Circuit Project Engineering Internship Program is designed for students ready to move beyond traditional job shadowing. During this immersive, ten-week program, you’ll contribute to active projects, learn from experienced construction professionals and see how an electrical construction project moves from initial bid through final closeout.
As a Project Engineering Intern, you’ll be embedded with a local Construction team and paired with a dedicated mentor. You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting real projects while collaborating with Project Managers, Project Engineers, field leaders and the teams responsible for successful project execution.
You’ll also work with interns across the country to complete Project Current, a full‑lifecycle project simulation featuring realistic construction challenges such as material delays, manpower constraints, schedule changes and change orders.
