Job summary

Rogers Electric in Missouri invites student interns to join the Full Circuit Project Engineering Internship Program. Ten weeks of hands-on experience embedded with a local construction team, mentored by Rogers professionals, covering bid through closeout and real project execution.

You’ll support project managers, maintain documentation, assist with scheduling and procurement, and participate in meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Rising or graduating senior.
• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, dependable and able to work in office and jobsite environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support an active electrical construction project alongside Project Managers, Project Engineers and field leaders.
• Help maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, drawings, meeting notes and material-tracking logs.
• Assist with project scheduling, procurement, change-order documentation and closeout activities.
• Participate in project meetings and jobsite visits.
• Learn how project teams monitor labor, cost, schedule, safety and quality.
