Job summary

Rogers Electric is offering a ten-week Full Circuit Project Engineering Internship Program designed for students ready to move beyond job shadowing. You’ll be embedded with a local construction team and paired with a dedicated mentor to gain hands-on experience supporting active electrical projects from bid through closeout.

During the internship you’ll help with scheduling, documentation, submittals, RFIs and site visits while learning project controls, safety, cost and quality.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Rising senior or graduating senior.
• Pursuing a related construction or engineering degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication.
• Able to work in both office and active jobsite environments.

Responsibilities

• Support an active electrical construction project alongside PMs and field leaders.
• Help maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, drawings, meeting notes.
• Assist with project scheduling, procurement, change-order documentation and closeout activities.
• Participation in project meetings and jobsite visits.
• Learn how teams monitor labor, cost, schedule, safety and quality.
• Use industry technology and construction-management software.
