Rogers Electric is offering a Full Circuit Project Engineering Internship Program in the United States. This ten-week, immersive program pairs students with a dedicated mentor on an active electrical construction project, delivering hands-on experience from bid to closeout.

You’ll collaborate with Project Managers, Project Engineers and field leaders while completing a national‑scale project simulation and gaining exposure to project controls, scheduling and documentation practices.

Qualifikationen

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Pursuing a degree in a construction/engineering field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively

Aufgaben

• Support an active electrical construction project alongside Project Managers, Project Engineers and field leaders
• Help maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, drawings, meeting notes and material-tracking logs
• Assist with project scheduling, procurement, change-order documentation and closeout activities
• Participate in project meetings and jobsite visits
• Learn how project teams monitor labor, cost, schedule, safety and quality
• Gain exposure to Preconstruction, Safety, Finance, HR and other teams involved in project delivery
