Jobot is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in various sectors. You will work with field teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep projects organized, financially controlled, and moving toward successful completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a construction contractor environment.
• Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience performing quantity take-offs and cost control.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from mobilization through closeout with admin coordination.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor activities focusing on efficiency, cost control, quality, and standards.
• Develop pricing for scope changes and take-off work.
• Assist with subcontractor and supplier buyout activities and cost evaluation.
• Assemble and track project documentation, submittals, and materials for review.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and other documents.
• Provide general project support to keep schedules and costs on track.
• Contribute to projects across multiple sectors (commercial, industrial, civil, aviation, municipal, transportation).
