Required: at least 3 years in a contractor environment; electrical project experience is a plus but not required; strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills; experience with quantity take-offs and cost control is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a construction contractor environment, in roles such as Project Engineer or Project Administrator.
• Electrical project experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs and related docs.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from mobilization through closeout and maintain admin coordination.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
• Monitor activities with focus on efficiency, cost control, and quality.
• Develop pricing for scope changes and change orders.
• Assist with subcontractor and supplier buyout activities and cost evaluation.
• Prepare and track project documentation, submittals, and materials.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Provide general project support to keep schedules and budgets on track.
• Contribute to multiple sectors including commercial, industrial, civil, and transportation.
