Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a construction contractor environment.
• Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specs.
• Experience performing quantity take-offs and change-order estimates.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Willingness to undergo background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from initial mobilization through closeout, including project setup and day-to-day administrative coordination.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project activities with emphasis on efficiency, cost, quality, and standards.
• Develop pricing for scope changes, including take-offs and change orders.
• Assemble and track project documentation, submittals, and materials for review and approval.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to support scheduling and costs.
• Contribute to multi-sector projects including commercial, industrial, civil, and transportation.
