Job summary

Superior is seeking a Construction Project Manager to drive our electrical construction projects forward. The Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects, scheduling resources, ensuring that budgets and timelines are met, and working closely with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure the successful progress and completion of the project.

This role is based on a jobsite in Ironton, Ohio.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in project operations/PM in commercial construction or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or related certification preferred.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects typically $5M–$50M.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate project risk and communicate solutions to leadership.
• Create and manage full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Manage all project finances: billings, setup, cost control, change orders, cost to complete.
• Lead client relationships with clear communication and collaboration.
• Chair project meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure material availability and readiness.
• Provide guidance to all team members and negotiate changes to the contract scope.
• Review estimates, drawings, specs, and contracts; ensure timely project closeout.
• Maintain high safety standards across the jobsite.
