Job summary

Superior is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive electrical construction projects in Conesville, Ohio. You will manage project scope, schedule, and budgets, working with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure progress and on-time completion.

Based at a jobsite in Conesville, you will lead teams, coordinate with vendors and clients, and maintain safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Construction Management degree or related degree is a plus.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+ is preferred.
• Experience with construction management software is a plus.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and provide guidance to team members, vendors, clients, and executives.
• Mitigate and manage project risk; elevate concerns and solutions to leadership.
• Maintain client trust through clear communication and collaboration.
• Oversee project finances: billings, setup, cost control, change orders, and cost-to-complete.
• Ensure compliance with the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout.
• Chair project meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with departments to secure materials as needed.
• Own the full contract scope and negotiate changes as required.
• Maintain a high degree of safety on the jobsite.
