Job summary

Superior is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive electrical construction projects on a site in Ironton, Ohio. You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources, coordinate with the Superintendent and Foremen, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of the project.

Required: 8+ years of commercial construction PM experience, plus a related degree or certificate. Relocation assistance is available for this role at Superior.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of commercial construction PM experience.
• Degree or certificate in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Experience with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects $50M+ is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, communicate with vendors, clients, and executives.
• Manage risk, budget, schedule, and cost control across the project life cycle.
• Ensure safety and compliance on the jobsite and coordinate with field leadership.
• Oversee project meetings, billing, change orders, and cost-to-complete activities.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure on-time project closeout.
