IB ABEL INC. is seeking an experienced Plan Spec Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from turnover through closeout. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing plan and specification work while coordinating with various teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical construction project management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Review project requirements and obligations under customer contracts.
• Develop Site Specific Safety Plans with the Risk Department.
• Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Maintain and communicate construction schedules.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress.
• Monitor project costs and subcontractor performance.
