We are recruiting an experienced electrical operations leader to oversee a large national electrical projects and service organization supporting multi-site commercial and retail customers across the United States.
This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who understands the electrical business from the field through executive operations. The ideal candidate may have started their career as an Electrician, Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, Superintendent, Service Manager, or Project Manager and progressed into broader operational leadership.
The right person will bring the technical credibility to lead experienced electrical teams, combined with the business and operational skills to manage people, customers, financial performance, subcontractors, and complex national programs.
This leader will oversee established teams responsible for electrical projects, service, maintenance, special projects, and nationwide rollout programs.
Programs range from regional initiatives involving multiple locations to large enterprise deployments across hundreds or thousands of customer sites.
You will lead department managers and project/service teams while working closely with executive leadership to improve operational performance, develop people, strengthen processes, and support continued growth.
We are looking for someone who has grown through the electrical industry and understands what it takes to execute work successfully in the field.
Electrical Background Preferred
Candidates who have personally progressed through the electrical trade are especially attractive.
A Master Electrician license, electrical contractor license, PMP certification, or Electrical Engineering background is highly valued but not required if the candidate possesses significant electrical operational experience.
