Michael Page US is seeking an Operations Manager for a regional business unit within a respected electrical construction and services organization. The role reports to senior leadership and oversees operational, financial, and strategic performance to deliver multiple projects.

The successful candidate will lead project management, field operations, safety, quality, and estimating while maintaining client relationships and driving profitability.

Qualifications

Job Description

Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic performance of a regional business unit while ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects.

The Successful Applicant

For the Operations Manager role, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience in a senior operations, construction, or project leadership position within the electrical contracting or construction industry.
