ASEE Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects in the region. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role is essential (MEP experience is preferred).
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager within construction or M&E projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations (e.g. CDM Regulations).
• Experience working on large-scale projects (e.g. data centres, industrial, commercial).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Leadership: Strong ability to manage and motivate site teams.
• Construction Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction and M&E works.
• Health & Safety Focus: Strong commitment to safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with project programmes and schedules
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor progress and report on project performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Review and implement method statements and risk assessments (RAMS)
• Manage site logistics, resources, and planning
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
• Identify and resolve site issues, risks, and delays
• Ensure works are delivered in line with design specifications and client requirements
• Support project planning, sequencing, and coordination of trades
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation
• Promote a strong safety and quality culture on site
