Job summary

CEC Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, including large-scale initiatives. You will set strategies, mentor PMs, manage budgets, and communicate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across projects.

You will lead planning, risk management, procurement, and QA/QC programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving profitability while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance on job sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in project management and estimating.
• Commercial general contracting experience, preferably in the data center or mission-critical space, preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor planning and maintain strong relationships with senior contacts.
• Strengthens customer relationships and resolves complex issues.
• Lead new business pursuits and expansion of current customer opportunities.
• Review proposals to ensure scope, schedule, and pricing can be executed by the project team.
• Direct project communication strategy for major clients.
• Lead meetings with senior stakeholders and large teams.
• Oversee reporting on multiple projects or portfolios.
• Oversee coordination of RFI and submittal process.
• Leads team close-out efforts across projects.
• Manages large-scale or multi-project close-outs, conducts lessons learned.
• Lead financial strategy and ensure profit targets across projects.
