Adams Electric Company is seeking an Electrical Construction Superintendent for an on-site leadership role in Conover, NC. Plan, direct, and supervise crews responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems and components.

You will oversee safety, quality control, and scheduling, while coordinating with project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensure as an electrician or 4–10 years related experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience leading electrical construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical work to meet schedules within budget.
• Lead by example and implement quality control.
• Study specs to determine construction methods.
• Inspect progress, ensure safety and compliance with specs.
• Prepare safety analyses and reports.
• Coordinate with management and subcontractors.
