Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 1 - 3 years of Estimating experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a similar field; combination of relevant education and / or field experience considered in lieu of degree.
Must be able to pass a Drug and Background screen.

Responsibilities

Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to develop accurate cost estimates.
Analyze electrical drawings to identify components, quantities and equipment.
Perform material takeoffs and estimate labor hours for installation, testing, and commissioning.
Maintain cost database with pricing for materials, equipment and labor; support bid development.
Assist with value engineering and risk assessment to improve efficiency and cost control.
